The Board maintain all of their watercourses by contract labour (Beaverbridge Plant) on an annual basis. Annual
maintenance includes grass cutting and weed and debris removal. The works are carried out between June and
November.
In addition, sludging works are carried out as and when required and landowners affected by the proposals are
notified in advance.
Improvement works in the Killingholme Marshes area may commence during this financial year.
